Job Description
Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Plans and schedules appropriate ongoing preventative maintenance programs.
Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Engineering is performing against budget.
Addresses potential areas of concern and proposes solutions to senior leadership in a proactive manner.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business.
Proficient in all aspects of building operations and facilities management.
Strategic planner and proficient in making annual operating budget for the department.
Proficient in organizational planning with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong interpersonal skills with attention to details and open to different cultures.
