About the Role TAFE NSW is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Engagement, Partnerships and Growth. This pivotal role is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to geographically dispersed teams to deliver key community engagement, partnerships and business growth projects and drive our organisational goals.
The successful candidate will build strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring that our priorities and outcomes align with NSW government social and economic objectives and meet the diverse needs of our communities and industry sector.

About You Along with your exceptional communication skills, you have demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and drive impactful change. Your extensive senior leadership experience will enable you to build and lead a high-performing team aligning to TAFE NSW's core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence, and a customer-first attitude.
Proven experience in probity and a strong understanding of the public sector, including government policies and procedures is essential. Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt and strategic advice on sensitive issues will be vital in maintaining and enhancing TAFE NSW's brand and reputation. Your strong connection with, and insight into living, working, and serving in diverse communities will be invaluable.
