About the Role: The Director of Engagement is a key role at ISA that will lead, guide, and nurture our established Industry Engagement Team.
Your expertise in managing change, scoping projects, mapping stakeholders, and mentoring is crucial for overseeing the implementation of our broader Engagement Strategy, ensuring its alignment with our organisational goals.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Lead and provide the performance support/management of our Industry Engagement Team
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships for the longer-term support of ISA
• Identify trends that may influence workforce planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop, write, and present Reports and Evaluations
• Work closely with Stakeholder Workforce Planning Committees and other stakeholder groups
The location of the role is open to applicants from all parts of Australia.
There will be interstate travel required. About you: To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience and knowledge of stakeholder engagement frameworks and a demonstrated record of success in stakeholder engagement roles.
Strong skills in team leadership, framework development, and oversight are essential.
As an effective communicator, (written & verbal), you will manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
You will have great attention-to-detail, with strong analytical skills and experience producing and evaluating reports destined for senior stakeholders.
Your ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be critical.
