As a member of the executive team, you will be given the opportunity to build upon our very strong foundations and elevate the agency to new heights.Reporting directly to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:Leadership - inspiring, challenging and supporting your team members to deliver excellence in all facets of their role.
As a natural leader and persuasive communicator, you will coach senior team members to build strong relationships, develop growth pathways, and champion the culture and values of the team.Commercial management - guiding your team to achieve profitable growth through service quality, operational efficiency, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee workflow, collaboration, budgets, and resourcing.Product and service innovation - acting as chief scientist, explorer of the unknown, and change maker, using your knowledge of the latest advancements in digital marketing to propel the agency through continuous evolution.Key client consulting - supporting your team with insightful campaign strategy, detailed research, analysis, and planning.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high value and highly complex clients.Key account development - fostering positive relationships with key client accounts, demonstrating value, retaining clients, and identifying business development opportunities.Team collaboration - bridging the expertise of the Consulting and Knowledge teams, interpreting strategic, creative, and technical requirements.What we're looking for:We're seeking someone with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally combined with tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, or other associated disciplines.
