We offer a range of creative services that celebrate Australia's First Nations cultures, from branding products to Reconciliation services and cultural artwork to commercial projects.
Role Summary:
We're seeking a strategic thinker and expert networker to lead our Client Relations team and drive business growth. You'll be pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring exceptional service. Your role will also involve developing innovative proposals and maintaining a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Lead the Client Relations team, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with the CEO and Director of Operations.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints effectively.
Proposal Development:
Create and present proposals, quotes, and presentations, focusing on fit-outs and cultural projects.
Brand Representation:
Represent Ochre Dawn at industry events and conferences.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, and marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and financial software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in interior design or large-scale projects is a plus.
Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
