About the PositionThis role is about creating new enterprise opportunities by developing effective sales strategies, paired with structured research and market analysis. This role is about being proactive in market to deliver against set growth targets, ultimately securing new logos for the business nationally. We are also looking for someone that is excited by supporting the broader business from a sales perspective and are driven by delivering a consistent sales training plan across the organisation.
About YouThe successful candidate will be a hardworking, agile and dedicated person that loves being in market delivering results and has a sound track record over-achieving in a B2B acquisition sales environment, ideally with exposure to the novated leasing, salary packaging or automotive finance sectors. This person will be a self-starter that has the maturity to set their own strategic business plan which will ultimately deliver the results. Driven by targets and sales metrics we are looking for someone that is structured with cadence, operating rhythms and KPIs.
