Director of Business and Operations, The Armidale SchoolThe Armidale School (TAS) is looking to appoint our new Director of Business and Operations.This is a dynamic role that will be pivotal in realising our objectives and supporting the creation and execution of our next strategic plan.
In recent years, TAS has had some significant successes which have cemented our path to growth, and we have further initiatives planned for next year.
Our focus is to continue to strengthen the School, ensuring TAS's sustainability in the decades to come and our capacity to offer our students an exceptional education.Reporting to our recently appointed Principal, the Director of Business and Operations will work closely with him and the executive team in developing and driving the effective delivery of the School's strategy, and enhancing our commercial, financial and operational capabilities, as well as managing the efficient day-to-day operations of the School.
On governance matters, they will report to and work closely with the Board.The Director will join a collaborative, high-achieving and motivated executive team, as well as leading the Business and Operations specialists across finance, facilities, technology, risk management, and compliance.
They will set exemplary standards of service and promote a culture of ongoing improvement.
Acknowledging the vital role our people play in our success, they will foster an environment that empowers the Business and Operations team to reach their potential.
TAS is known for our strong sense of community and the Director will forge excellent relationships within the School and more broadly in Armidale.Our new Director will bring strong strategic, leadership and operational capability with a robust financial grounding.The closing date for applications is Tuesday 11 February.
