About This Opportunity The Director of Arts is responsible for the leadership, management, administration and promotion of the performing and cultural arts programs across the College and will work closely with all stakeholders to optimise student opportunities and enhance the cocurricular program. Collaborating with College staff and the wider College community, the Director of Arts is expected to develop and articulate a vision for their area of responsibility that is collaborative and supportive of the Brigidine College Strategic Plan.

About You To be successful in the role you will have:
Relevant formal qualifications at degree level.Relevant experience in management / administration within a school or similar environment.Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.An ability to build relationships with a range of people and groups within the School community and external providers.Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to work to deadlines and ability to plan for short-term and longer-term strategic outcomes.Digital literacy across a range of software applications.Previous experience managing budgets, resources and staff.Applicants are expected to support the Catholic ethos of the College, and must obtain and maintain a Blue Card.
