Your opportunity: Accountable for the delivery of high-level strategic leadership and managerial knowledge, skills and experience to drive service improvement and high value care inclusive of Allied Health, Medical Imaging and Pharmacy services at Bundaberg Hospital.Lead change management practices and provide strong influential leadership to drive innovation, research and new models of care reflecting contemporary practice in Allied Health.Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $190,788 p.a., comprising salary between $161,540- $167,217 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP6) (Permanent Full Time) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
