As Monash College expands, we recognise the pivotal role of passionate Marketing specialists in shaping and propelling our brand image and offerings. We are actively expanding our team to primarily support two innovative business units: Future Skills and Monash Talent. The Future Skills division is instrumental in delivering a diverse array of programs which emphasises on micro-credentials and non-accredited vocational programs. Meanwhile, Monash Talent is dedicated to providing cutting-edge early career talent solutions to industry partners, encompassing placements into graduate programs and internships.
About the role This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team, Monash University and wider stakeholders across the business. The position will develop strategies and build marketing initiatives to grow student targets in domestic and global markets. This includes all strategic and customer facing marketing and events, the development of commercial key performance metrics, the development and utilisation of key reports for use by the business and the joint creation of marketing plans in all key markets to service Monash College's offerings.
Through strategic and tactical leadership, this position will act as a steward of the Monash College brand to ensure the organisation's vision, mission and values are accurately represented within all marketing channels and audiences.

About you You are a charismatic self-starter who has experience in similar leadership roles. You'll also possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Brand Performance or similar (desirable: membership of a Marketing Industry Association)
Proven leadership experience in providing strategic direction and brand management, marketing campaign execution and customer segmentation
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Excellent strategic budget management and optimisation ability
Strong ability to conduct extensive service/product research to execute integrated and innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels and diverse audiences
Broad commercial awareness combined with a global perspective
