Director - Marketing & Engagement

As Director of Marketing and Engagement, you will provide leadership in driving EDQ's strategic marketing and engagement initiatives, delivering innovative solutions for some of Queensland's most significant property development and planning projects.In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction across corporate and project-specific marketing and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and the achievement of measurable outcomes.
You will lead a high-performing team to deliver best-practice strategies across areas including stakeholder engagement, major events, corporate branding, and the management of EDQ's digital platforms, including corporate websites, project websites, intranet, social media channels, digital content production, and other digital functions.Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring EDQ remains at the forefront of marketing and engagement in the property development sector.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
