We're looking for an experienced Director Innovation Product, Cellular to join our Innovation team in Sydney. Reporting to the VP, Innovation, you'll be responsible for:
Technical sales enablement and presales sales support.
Key customer engagement and partner engagement.
Inquisitive nature - always looking for new solutions to new challenges.
Create and maintain product demo labs for analyst and customer demonstration.
Work with customers for adoption and deployments of newly released functionality. Promote Beta testing and incorporate feedback to ensure new enhancements/features can address target use cases.
Support Sales teams for sale and deployment of your products and Go-to-market initiatives.
Support customers in their early deployments and escalate.
Collaborate with product marketing teams on new marketing campaigns, messaging and drive the growth of the product.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of experience with security concepts, Proxies, Secure Web Gateway, VPNs and SASE solutions.
Experience with cellular workload dispersion techniques and technologies (APNs, Edges, Slices, etc.).
Experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer with a focus on orchestration and deployment systems.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Python or other scripting language experience.
AWS, Azure and GCP certification.
