Job Description As Director, you will be part of the PageGroup Sydney Operations team and lead a portfolio of disciplines based on your experience. You will report to the Senior MD & Co-Head of Australia and collaborate closely with the broader leadership team across the state and country to drive performance, cultivate talent, and expand our footprint in the region.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of disciplines, leveraging your core skillset to drive excellence and innovation. Develop and execute strategies to foster talent, grow our business, and enhance our market presence. Champion our DE&I agenda, focusing on promoting female leadership and fostering a culturally diverse team. Drive transformation initiatives, such as offshore candidate sourcing hubs, to enhance operational efficiency. Mentor and coach emerging leaders, nurturing a pipeline of talent and fostering a growth mindset. Actively engage with customers, host events, and contribute to revenue generation through referred and personal billings.
