As the Director ICT, you will be accountable for information technology strategy, systems, architecture, and support functions.
You will play a critical role in delivering TAFE SA's strategy, and directing technology transformation that enables TAFE SA to deliver sector leading accessible vocational education, training and support, both locally and nationally. Your core responsibilities will include: Providing overall strategic vision and leadership Planning and driving the delivery of major digital transformation projects Directing key external vendor partnerships Ensuring fit-for-purpose governance, cyber security, risk management and disaster recovery Overseeing all operational functions and managing budgets and finances Being the custodian of an ICT culture characterised by empowerment, engagement, development and achievement.
In addition to the leadership competencies and personal record of achievement one would expect in a senior ICT leader, the successful appointee will demonstrate a track record of conceiving, promoting and delivering visionary business change through digital transformation, in partnership with their fellow executive leaders. Whilst experience in the education and government sectors will be valued, it is not essential.
Postgraduate qualifications in information technology and business will be well regarded.
