We continue to make a balanced investment in the life cycle management and market development of existing products that bring short to mid-term commercial benefits, and we make strategic investments in longer-term, higher-risk and high-opportunity new product development activities.The Director Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible driving the strategic HR agenda; people processes within Global Research and Biopharmaceutical Product Development (BPD), aligned with the CSL Behring's HR and Business strategies and outcomes to enhance employee and our performance.You will achieve this by working collaboratively with business leaders to understand the our challenges and opportunities.
You will develop and provide value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including, talent management, performance management, change management, organisation design, capability development, strategic work force planning, employee engagement, employee / industrial relations and total rewards.You will work in partnership with the HR Operation Centres and the Centres of Expertise (CoE) specialist functions to use experience and provide insightful and feedback to specialist functions or important programs.
The Director HR Business Partner leads a team of HR Business Partners and Business Consultants who will work with their client group to meet the HR Strategic goals.The Role
Create the strategic HR agenda, people programs in two global client areas, ie Global Research and Biopharmaceutical Product Development (BPD) with geographic presence at multiple sites in Australia, Europe (Germany and Switzerland), and the US Develop an operational HR plan and priorities for our client groupAs Leadership Team member influences and builds relationships with the Research and BPD Executive Leadership Team and people leaders to position HR as a trusted advisor to the business Create a world class HR team and an engaging work environment by defining and communicating a compelling vision for the futureIdentify important roles and talent, and assess talent and pipeline risks across your client group Your experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field required Master degree in a relevant field, SHRM certification 10+ years' experience in progressive HR Business Partner roles, working across multi-country and multicultural environmentsDemonstrated experience in HR leadership roles Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organisation How to apply Please apply with your CV and cover letter in one document which must address the selection criteria, and include the reference number by Friday
