As a Director - Health, Safety & Environment, your focus will be to oversee the entire Asia Pacific region, including ASEAN.
An essential duty involves providing HSE Field Operation expertise that helps in reducing and eradicating the operational HSE risks related to the Projects & Services sector.
Reporting to the VP - Health, Safety & Environment, you will create and implement the HBT HSEPS strategic plan (STRAP) & Annual Operating Plan (AOP), while minimizing risks to ensure the business's long-term sustainability.
You will be accountable for fostering an HSE performance culture that sets HBT apart from competitors and enhances Honeywell's reputation.

Key Responsibilities: Leading the AP HSE team to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional HSE talent.Overseeing Sustainability & Resiliency activities across 17 office locations, prioritizing safety and continuity.Ensuring an efficient and strategically deployed HSE organization aligned with business needs.Cultivating an HSE culture that enhances safety, knowledge, skills, and engagement.Enhancing management systems and tools for efficient Project & Services HSE programs.Monitoring and addressing emerging HSE regulations' impacts.Resolving potential non-compliance or litigation related to HSEPS matters.Advising management on HSE solutions and compliance.Representing AP Project & Services HSE in leadership forums.Collaborating with Regional HSE Leaders for necessary certifications.Establishing a robust governance & auditing program. Key Experience & Capabilities: BSc or MSc degree in HSEPS, Engineering or equivalent.5+ years leading Field Operations HSEPS teams.10+ years delivering HSEPS services with progressive leadership.Expertise in HSEPS compliance, emerging trends.Strong influencing and communication skills.Experience in service, process, facilities maintenance, or construction industries is preferred.
