As our Director, your primary focus will be on driving behavioural change across DDHHS. You'll engage with senior leaders and our broader team to foster a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing. Your role will be pivotal in inspiring and guiding our people to take proactive steps towards their own health and safety.
You'll have the unique opportunity to help shape and influence how we think about our work environment. By leading innovative approaches to managing health, safety, and wellbeing, you'll ensure we stay ahead of the game and set new benchmarks for excellence.
Your role will also provide exposure to the board and executive team, allowing you to play a key part in strategic discussions and decisions. With your background in transformation and leading significant positive change, you'll be instrumental in steering DDHHS towards a more dynamic and supportive future.
