This role will also include:Business LeadershipLead and supervise marketing, origination, structuring, and execution of transactionsContribution to and execution of Oceania Securitisation strategyWhere needed, review and adjust the strategy to ensure sustainable growthGrow the business in a sustainable mannerEnhance CollaborationBe a leading example of collaboration with local, regional, and global teamsCollaborate with sector coverage bankers and RMs (both GCIB and JCIB) to enhance client relationships and expand the client base, in line with MTBP strategyHuman CapitalLead and develop a high-performing team in Oceania with support from Head of Securitisation APAC and Head of AIBD OceaniaLead team members in their career development to maximise the team's potential and ensure staff developmentWhat we are looking for:10+ years experience within banking or finance, preferably experience in Securitisation and/or Structured FinanceUndergraduate Business/Commerce/Law Degree from a leading university is essentialDemonstrable experience in excellent client coverage and leadershipExtensive market and industry knowledgeStrong business acumen and ability to develop new revenue/cross-selling opportunitiesGood communication skills with the ability to influence othersStrong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departmentsPrevious experience in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship to a developing teamOur culture:MUFG fosters a highly professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers' prosperity.
