Duties & Responsibilities Join the Hotel Executive Team, providing both financial and business support and advice, demonstrating solid business acumen to guide the company through pre-opening and beyond.Preparation of budgets, financial and management reportsManage the performance and development of the finance teamMaintain control over expenses, income, assets and liability of the HotelOwnership of the Accounts Receivable/Payable, general cashier, audit and payroll functionsManage the generation of month end reports including P&Ls in a timely mannerProvide long term business and financial planning with strategic recommendationsCreate sound, legally compliant financial, policies, processes, and procedures ensuring the integrity of all ledgers and financial accountingContribute to the overall profitability of the companyProvide insightful analysis on financial performanceProvide clear communication, advice and reporting to all relevant stakeholders including owners and regional Finance teams The StandardX, Melbourne
