They win big meaty work and can offer unrivalled career development opportunities thanks to their local and international network, industry leading talent, and dedicated support functions.They offer flexible working and excellent benefits, including a generous bonus, additional leave, summer hours, and great socials.The RoleYou will assist the Head of Federal in developing and executing long term strategy for the team and play a key role in business development via thought leadership, speakerships, and keeping your finger on the pulse of any hot topics that might be next on the governments list.You will lead large scale complex bids, always demonstrating your smarts and knowledge of government complexities and the current social landscape, allowing you to become a trusted advisor at the cabinet and ministerial level.You will remain hands on with projects (with the support of your team), demonstrating a consultative and method agnostic approach. You will drive purposeful innovation in methods and techniques to enhance the depth of insights and strategic outcomes for clients.About youWith extensive previous experience working with Federal Government in a strategic insights and advisory capacity, you will be well versed in behavioural communications, policy and evaluation and strategic advisory.Experienced in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies you will be an expert at designing and running complex research projects and converting key insights into compelling strategies for a range of audiences – this could be other communications suppliers, campaign managers, government Departments, Ministers and other stakeholders.You will be an inspiring leader, always eager to share knowledge and collaborate with others.
