Queensland office . With a strong presence across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney, this firm is recognized for its expertise in

strategic asset planning ,

capex management ,

building services design , and

EPCM . Specializing in the

existing property space , they provide clients with in-depth knowledge of their buildings, managing projects from

concept development

to

design, build , and

ongoing maintenance and asset management.The Role

As

Director

of the

Brisbane office , you will:Lead the office's

strategic direction

and growth, reporting directly to the Sydney-based Managing Director.Oversee the

delivery of key projects , ensuring they meet client needs and quality standards.Grow and mentor

a high-performing local team while maintaining strong client relationships.Manage

financial performance

and drive

business development

within Queensland.About You

You are a seasoned leader with:Strong experience in

project management ,

engineering , or

property advisory .A solid background in

strategic asset management ,

capex , and

building services .Proven success in

leading teams , driving

business growth , and managing
