A leading national boutique consulting firm is seeking a Director to lead their Queensland office. With a strong presence across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney, this firm is recognized for its expertise in strategic asset planning, capex management, building services design, and EPCM. Specializing in the existing property space, they provide clients with in-depth knowledge of their buildings, managing projects from concept development to design, build, and ongoing maintenance and asset management. The RoleAs Director of the Brisbane office, you will:
Lead the office's strategic direction and growth, reporting directly to the Sydney-based Managing Director.Oversee the delivery of key projects, ensuring they meet client needs and quality standards.Grow and mentor a high-performing local team while maintaining strong client relationships.Manage financial performance and drive business development within Queensland.About YouYou are a seasoned leader with:
