Full-time PermanentDetails: We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Director to lead the operations of the small, professional Employee Relations team from June 2024.
No day is the same providing responsive, considered advice and support on employment and industrial relations matters for a workforce of approximately 3000 people.
You will have personal resilience, the ability to juggle competing priorities and to contribute to preventing as well as reacting to inappropriate behaviour.
