About the role This dynamic role requires an experienced leader to drive the operations, strategic planning, and digital transformation of the relevant Faculty/Branch.
This role focuses on delivering innovative teaching practices, enhancing learning outcomes, and aligning with TAFE NSW's key objectives.
You will lead the implementation of operational plans, foster stakeholder collaboration, and ensure education models meet the needs of learners, industry, and the community.
A strong focus on performance, compliance, continuous improvement, and building a high-performing team is essential, along with a commitment to safety and customer-centric decision-making.
About You You are an accomplished leader with a proven track record in managing complex operations and implementing education plans.
Skilled at executing across multiple streams, you focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
Your ability to balance strategic goals with operational demands enables effective collaboration and scalable solutions that meet the needs of learners, industry, and the community.
