About the Service: ECTARC Alunga is a 44-place service providing early childhood education and care for children from birth to school age in Albion Park Rail. The service practices the Circle of Security relationships model to develop partnerships with children and families based on mutual trust and respect. They are committed to quality outcomes for children and advocate for learning through play in an environment where they feel safe, valued and included. Educators work collaboratively to implement teaching strategies that are responsive to children's learning, development and wellbeing. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and innovative Director to lead a team who is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for young children. This role requires a leader who can establish and nurture strong relationships with the team, children and their families and the wider community including Aboriginal Elders, schools, and other early childhood and family organisations.
You will be supported by an experienced Early Childhood Coordinator and a network of Management and Directors. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work alongside intervention specialists to support and nurture children's learning and development.
