About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Director Digital Transformation.
We have one permanent, full time (75 hrs p/f) position available for filling.
As Director Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of ICT professionals, leading the development and implementation of strategic Digital and Information Services across DLGSC and the CSAs.
You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and direction in the development of ICT policy and business improvement, whilst working closely with other senior leaders and Executives to provide strategic advice across the Department and CSAs in relation to ICT matters.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent resource management skills that meet operation and corporate reform objectivesSubstantial experience in leading and managing digital reforms and changeStrong conceptual and analytical skills to develop policy and technology solutions that meet business needsThose with relevant ICT-related tertiary qualifications or certifications and experience in senior positions are strongly encouraged to apply.
