Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.Our Australian Government practice is looking for an experienced Director to lead our Technology Advisory team in Sydney.We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of our growing Australian Government Practice as we seek an experienced Director who will play a key role in building our Technology Advisory capability. Based in Sydney, you will be passionate about helping Australian Governments (State and Commonwealth) deliver better services by applying solutions that provide confidence and improve outcomes, using your significant digital and technology advisory experience. There is a well-defined pathway to Partnership for the right candidate.What you will be doing:Helping our clients through the delivery, management and assurance of all stages of technology-enabled change, from initial analysis, testing and deployment through to go-live.Defining and securing funding cases for solutions that deliver new services or ways of working across government.Lead and drive business development activities, demonstrating the ability to win work and understand the government's buying processes and competitive commercial frameworks.Collaborate with clients to reinvent and modernise Digital and AI services for citizens, contributing to the vision, design, and execution of Digital and AI products and solutions.Own and nurture senior client relationships (CDIO, CDO, CISO etc) across government departments.Your skills and experience:You will have demonstrable management consulting experience operating at Director level, leading and shaping engagements across Technology enabled Transformation, Digital and Data, Cloud, AI, Solution Architecture.Proven ability to win work and establish buying relationships within the government sector, with a deep understanding of how government procurement processes work. You will be excited about helping to grow our practice.You will be experienced in taking a leading role to develop our capabilities and build our market presence with your established network.You will have a passion for government and improving outcomes for citizens.You will understand how Australian Commonwealth and State Governments operate.Lead the growth of our technology advisory team from recruitment to team leadership.What a career at Baringa will give you:Putting People First.Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
