Our head office located in Brisbane described as the thriving metropolis of Queensland, has experienced population growth by over 20% in the last decade and is expected to see similar growth over the next 15 years. This has led to an expanding property and construction sector which is expected to see commensurate growth over that period to satisfy the demands of the increasing population.
The market expansion will see a continued need for housing, associated social infrastructure, manufacturing and logistics, together with the facilities required for the 2032 Olympics. This will see the city continue to be a vibrant and exciting location to live and to develop and expand a professional career.
To support our continued progress as a well-established independent consultancy in the city, we are looking for a Director with a cost & commercial background to join the team.
About You
What we are looking for our next Director Extensive experience in cost & commercial management as well as qualifications and professional memberships to underpin thisPrevious experience in a senior role, leading on business development strategies and developing key relationshipsLocal expertise within the Brisbane market to truly understand the needs of our clients, a passion for being a part of the city's development.Experience being responsible for your own P&L, developing detailed annual budgets whilst ensuring accurate monthly reporting against this.Demonstrable experience of managing teams engaged on multiple projects.
