Think critically, make justifiable decisions and lead your team through all stages of an investigation.Demonstrate the ability to govern and lead high quality investigations and teams, using appropriate contemporary investigative techniques and technologies, in a timely way, particularly in the context of corruption, and misconduct.Effectively build a productive and accountable team with a good culture.Significant experience and skill in written and oral communications to deliver quality advice, conclusions and recommendations to your team and senior staff.Demonstrate the ability to rapidly acquire and share knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures.Investigative experience with law enforcement, workplace investigations or regulatory compliance is essential.
Possession of tertiary qualifications is not required but desirable.
Possession of a Certificate IV in Investigations or similar is also considered desirable.
Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.
