Contract appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension.
The Role: The Director Corporate Services works directly to the Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer to support the Independent Commission Against Corruption's organisational growth and improvement, including through leading strategic projects.
A key member of the Executive Management Team, the Director Corporate Services manages the Corporate Services Section to deliver the Commission's human resources, governance, risk and security, procurement, financial services, records, technology and information management functions.
Requirements: We are looking for a leader experienced in managing a range of corporate functions and strategic projects, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver quality services in a small organisation. High level communication skills, the ability to successfully plan and manage multiple concurrent projects in line with strategic priorities, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships will be critical to your success in the role. About the Commission: The Independent Commission Against Corruption (the Commission) is an independent statutory body established to promote integrity within South Australian public administration. The Commission investigates reports of corruption within public administration and actively prevents corruption by undertaking evaluations of the practices, policies and procedures of public agencies. The Commission also delivers education programs which seek to guide the conduct of public officers in the South Australian public sector.
