This is a multifaceted role responsible for managing Human Resources (including administration of payroll), Business Systems, Records Management, ICT and Cyber Security, Physical Security, Property and the front office reception. Proactively lead the National Capital Authority's (NCA) Corporate Services team (including third party service providers) to achieve high quality outcomes within budget and time, and guide team members to implement best practices for corporate services. a. As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), oversee all aspects of Human Resource management and industrial relations policies, practices and operations for the NCA. In particular: Lead organisational compliance with relevant statutory requirements. Develop and successfully implement human resource policies, procedures, and processes ensuring that they are pragmatic and legislatively compliant. Manage HR projects to improve the human resource function, as required. Lead implementation of the performance management system, including personal performance development plans (where required). b. As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) manage all aspects of the agency's ICT operations and work to continuously improve physical, information and personnel security across the organisation. In particular: Lead organisational compliance with relevant legislation, policies and standards. Initiate and deliver IT projects to support the functions of the agency. Develop and successfully implement ICT policies, procedures, and processes ensuring that they are pragmatic and legislatively compliant. 2. Participate as an effective member of the NCA Senior Leadership Team and provide support to the NCA functions and reporting responsibilities as required, including the provision of strategic input and technical advice where required. 3. Support the NCA senior executives and the Board delivery on NCA's organisational objectives. 4. Provide high-level oversight and input to reports, programs and policies delivered to the Chief Operating Officer (and broader Senior Executive team) on Corporate Services activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
