Our Corporate Banking team serves some of the highest growth and internationally minded companies in the Australian marketplace. Corporate Banking supports companies with turnover of c$50m through to c$1bn, with a current client base that includes ASX Top 300 companies, private and financial sponsor owned companies. The team has delivered outstanding results and is focused on providing consistently high levels of support to existing and new clients.
As a Director, you will manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking customers and be responsible for sales, service, risk and operational delivery. You will be taking on a role in a critical and dynamic sector, working with key industry players and will have the opportunity to shape and drive the success of HSBC's strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Growing sustainable revenues from the existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of new Corporate Banking customers, with a focus on client acquisition in the Healthcare industry. Ensuring proactive and appropriate relationship building/customer contact plans and pipeline management for both existing and new customers. Structuring credit facilities to ensure optimum balance between customer and HSBC interests while remaining within the bounds of prudent banking. Ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of deal and customer information on relevant Group systems. Supporting the design and implementation of optimal business strategies, including the NSW healthcare strategy, to effectively manage customer relationships and anticipate customer needs. Ensuring adherence to the designated risk appetite framework of HSBC, including monitoring and implementing changes as a result of local, regional or global internal or external changes. Establishing a network with key players in the healthcare space and promoting HSBC in the marketplace, including the provision of 'thought leadership' content. #J-18808-Ljbffr
