You will lead and oversee the efficient management of a number of external contracts for the Gladstone and Banana Business Unit and CQHHS as directed by the Executive Director.
The ideal leader will utilise a high level of project management skills to ensure continuous process improvement through use of innovation and/or evidence to achieve sustained quality outcomes of the service, while utilising high level communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills to advocate with stakeholders in securing outcomes and to build high performing teams and partnerships.
