About the Role | Director, Contract Development and Management (Grants)
As a Director, Contract Development and Management within the Grants, Commercial and Contract Management Division you will be responsible for providing leadership in the delivery of quality contract development and management services that contribute to the success of the Department.
Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage contract development and management services to align with departmental goalsEnsure contract services are efficient, effective and offer economic valueEstablish a strong governance framework that promotes accountability and trustConduct complex negotiations and collaborate with various stakeholders, including government entities, industries and communitiesDevelop and refine service delivery models to meet evolving business needsLeverage modern tools and systems to maximise value for the department's investment in contract servicesPromote innovation and continuously improve contract management practices to build stakeholder confidenceFoster a dynamic workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent while supporting their developmentProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on emerging contract issues.
