About The Role
FTI Consulting Construction, Projects & Assets ("CP&A") is a leading global provider of Disputes, Advisory & Transformation services that address the strategic, financial, operational, regulatory, and capital needs of key players in various sectors.
What You'll Do
A Director is responsible for providing clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities.
These responsibilities include identifying and solving complex business, organizational, and operational challenges while defining and improving associated processes.
Tasks may include:
Leading CP&A Consulting projects across the practice.
Providing subject matter expertise and guidance on a range of projects and/or asset management functions.
Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure overall project success.
Performing project delivery process assessments and developing processes for project and/or portfolio strategy.
Designing solutions to meet customer requirements.
Contributing to the development of test cases, training materials, and other content required for successful solution adoption.
Developing client-facing materials with Microsoft Office products.
Mentoring, coaching, and training CP&A Consultants and Senior Consultants.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Seven or more years of relevant professional experience.
Advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in developing professional work products using PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Industry experience in relevant sectors.
Experience with project management information systems.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
