Lead the Commercial strategy and performance for Accor Hotels in New Zealand and Fiji, driving Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Loyalty, Guest Experience, and Digital initiatives to exceed targets.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Director of Revenue Management Pacific South, property owners, and the Accor Pacific leadership team, to deliver robust business plans, innovative strategies, and sustainable growth.
As part of the Commercial leadership team, foster talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration while navigating global and regional directives to achieve exceptional results in a dynamic hospitality landscape.
Job DescriptionEstablish procedures and processes that support financial objectives while ensuring activities align with Accor's financial impact policies and approvals.Drive above-market performance in RGI or RevPAR by partnering with properties to demonstrate commercial benefits to owners, while also meeting distribution targets.Lead regional teams and hotel leaders to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Accor standards, acting as the custodian of guest experience and loyalty initiatives in the region.Collaborate with the development team on new projects, oversee onboarding of new hotels, and ensure commercial plans align with opportunities in the market.Inspire and mentor team members to foster a strong workplace culture, actively identify and develop leadership talent, and support recruitment and retention efforts across the region.Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management, Pacific South, and the VPO New Zealand & Fiji to review underperforming hotels and implement action plans for market performance, sales, revenue, and loyalty improvements.Qualifications5-10 years Senior Commercial leadership experience, an established network & esteemed reputation in the Hospitality Industry.
Strategic business acumen driving results through commercial planning; adept in online and offline marketing with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
Experience in cultivating trust and strong relationships with senior leaders & key stakeholders.
Must have full working rights in New Zealand.
