Full time$134,567 - $161,521 (EL 2) + IFA + 15.4% SuperAdvanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA) is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Director of Co-Design to provide leadership, strategic oversight and stewardship to ASCA's Co-Design directorate.As a core function of the Capability Transition Branch, this position is responsible for enabling the facilitation, development and transition of novel solutions to integrated delivery teams, shaped and informed by Defence driven priorities. In addition, the successful incumbent will lead a team of resources and serve as the principle point of contact for internal and external stakeholder engagement for the duration of Co-Design.Candidates may be able to commence on a "Negative Vetting Level 2" clearance, however a positive vetting clearance will be required for the role.This role is eligible for an Individual Flexibility Arrangement which allows Defence to provide additional remuneration to the base salary and/or the variation of other conditions provided for in the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA).
