My client is looking for an experienced Children Services Director to join their team in Bendigo. The center is due to open early 2025 and we are looking for a manager who is looking for an exciting new opportunity to be a part of.
The ELC will cater for 102 children daily and have a funded kindergarten program running for the 3 and 4 year old children eventually transitioning to include pre prep. This is one of the first facilities of its kind and the state of the art facility comes with excellent funding to be able to run high quality education and care for all children.
We are looking for a manager who will work collaboratively with their team of long standing educators and build strong relationships with the families and children. The center manager will perform the role of Nominated supervisor and is responsible for the overall operations and running of the service on a day to day basis.
Some duties include but are not limited to: Work with the management team at the central office and conduct reporting. Ensure the center is meeting all legislative requirements, policies and regulations. Management of staff including recruitment, staff appraisals, professional development and wellbeing. Encourage and facilitate a positive work environment. Build positive working relationships with families, children and external stakeholders. Oversee the programs that are operating to a high level. The successful candidate will have: A Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood. Current First Aid or willing to obtain. CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates. Genuine enthusiasm, passion and dedication to managing a high quality team. Randstad Education is committed to ensuring child safe standards are met to a high standard.
