The Major Projects Canberra Project Management Office is seeking a highly experienced Change Management and Communications professional to contribute to a range of change projects predominately internal to ACT Government in various stages of the change lifecycle.
These projects include design of a Construction Procurement Accreditation Program and upgrade of a Contract Management digital solution.The Director Change Management and Communications will work as a member of a small multidisciplinary team collaborating across the ACT Government.

Tertiary qualifications in change communications or similar field and/or significant career knowledge and experience in Change Management and communications.Note:
This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Please note, this position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.How to Apply:
