The Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the College of Business at Louisiana Tech University will take a leading role in managing and expanding the College's entrepreneurial competitions, with the TOP DOG Challenge being a primary focus. This competition brings together students from the College of Business and other colleges across the university, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovation. The Director will be responsible for recruiting students, coaching teams, and overseeing the planning and execution of these competitions to ensure a high level of student engagement and success. Additionally, the Director will teach four undergraduate entrepreneurship courses annually and work closely with the Dean of the College of Business to coordinate programming for the Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community (LLC), including the recruitment of first-year students and the creation of immersive entrepreneurial experiences. An MBA is required for this role, with entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred. This position demands strong leadership, a passion for entrepreneurship, and the ability to inspire and guide students in pursuing their entrepreneurial ventures.
