Primary Objective: The Director Business Strategy and Operations is an essential position as it provides strategic leadership and critical support to the Senior Director Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services and Business Strategy and Operations team. The role leads the development and implementation of strategic business planning, Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services operating model, strategic workforce analysis and planning, workforce capability uplift, strategic budget planning and monitoring, risk management, and staff culture and care. Lead the development, implementation, and review of operational policy in the areas of student health, inclusion, and wellbeing.
