We are proud of the incredible work our employees do providing support, giving hope, and providing opportunities for a better life.We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Director, Business Services.You will lead financial operations for Secure Journeys, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, enhancing financial performance, and driving operational efficiency. Collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will establish a continuous improvement model and ensure seamless delivery of financial and business services.In your new role, you will:Manage financial reporting, compliance, and tax obligations for all Secure Journeys.Lead the external audit process and maintain adherence to legislation and policies.Develop strategies to improve contract performance and financial outcomes.Oversee procurement, asset management, and logistical strategies.Drive team performance through mentorship, KPIs, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with WHS, quality management, and operational standards.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies and suppliers.Demonstrate strong leadership and team development capabilities.Show proficiency in financial systems, ideally NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.ABOUT YOUYou are an experienced financial leader with a proven track record in managing complex operational environments.
