The Director of Business Analysis (Supply Chain) oversees a team of business analysts who collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory Affairs stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and translated into functional specifications. This role will drive the development and implementation of strategies that support business growth and productivity.
Let's talk about Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive business analysis strategy that aligns with ResMed objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. Oversee the creation of detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for new initiatives and improvements. Ensure the quality and relevance of business analysis deliverables, including business cases, ROI analyses, and impact assessments. Define and drive the adoption of business analysis best practices and methodologies. Facilitate communication between business units and GTS teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions. Manage the prioritization and allocation of business analysis resources to various projects and initiatives. Regularly interact with executives. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization. Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within business analysis or a related area. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. User Experience, Service Design, or related human-centered design experience. Experience in large organizational transformation. Experience with Atlassian tools, including Confluence & JIRA. Preferred: MBA, or relevant advanced degree. Minimum of 12 years of related experience. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
