The Performance Director will lead the Performance team within Wavemaker to deliver excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning Social, Search, Programmatic and E-Comm, powered by data, technology, and automation.
Responsibilities:Lead a team with overall responsibility for the direction, workflow, and quality of Implementation Planning and Buying for the client team.Requirements:Experience leading a team.Passion for Search, Social, Programmatic, E-Comm, Data, and Tech, with extensive agency experience.Strong knowledge of the media landscape, confidently able to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends and forecast challenges/opportunities for clients.Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions.Collaborative and astute, able to build trust and respect within a network.Results-driven, passionate about delivering business results for clients.What Success Looks Like:In three months: Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, understand the agency proposition, and immerse yourself in the team.In six months: Deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently and effectively, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and lead Performance processes for clients.In twelve months: Take ownership for campaigns and clients, build strong relationships with publishers, and elevate your impact within the business.Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
