Job DescriptionAbout the opportunity… Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Brand & Product Marketing is essential in shaping ELMO's brand identity, content strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns.
This senior leader will execute the marketing brand strategy to create compelling content and campaigns that engage and convert target audiences while championing ELMO's mission of enhancing HR impact.
Collaborating with the broader marketing team, the Director will focus on lead acquisition and conversion, aiming to reduce acquisition costs by leveraging owned channels for increased awareness.
Key responsibilities include content strategy and delivery, organic social media, brand strategy and visual identity, ELMO-hosted events, partnerships, and integrated marketing and product campaigns.
Champion ELMO's brand awareness by developing and executing a robust brand platform and distinctive visual identity.Strategically articulate the brand vision through a compelling product value proposition that drives customer acquisition and retention.Partner with product and sales teams to craft and implement high-impact marketing campaigns that elevate product visibility and customer engagement.Oversee the strategic distribution of compelling content across organic social media and ELMO-owned channels to maximize reach and lead conversion.Design and execute a dynamic organic social media strategy to enhance brand engagement and grow the audience.Identify and cultivate speaking opportunities and strategic partnerships that amplify ELMO's presence and foster collaboration.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing communications team while ensuring alignment of brand initiatives with overarching business goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that inform product positioning and marketing strategies.Drive the development of innovative product marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate ELMO in the marketplace.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform data-driven decision-making.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning within the marketing team.Uphold ELMO's commitment to privacy by ensuring compliance with information security policies and procedures.
