Your Opportunity:
As the Director - Asset Management Strategy, you would be charged with leading a coordinated approach to asset management practices across the Division.
Your initial focus will include: Further strengthening capital renewals planning for educational infrastructure, including taking a data driven approach underpinned by Asset Lifecycle Condition Assessments, ensuring a robust justification for capital renewal funding and developing long-term financial forecasts for capital renewal.Lead development of forward programs and an 'infrastructure pipeline' for a range of capital projects related to renewal and new/upgraded infrastructure, including collaboration with regional and operational staff on prioritisation of projects.Establishing standards, guidelines and processes for management of asset information management, as part of the Division's information governance arrangements.Partnering with the Division's newly established Information Governance & Digital Enablement unit on further development of the Information Governance & Digital Roadmap and delivery of relevant information and digital initiatives.Ensuring robust management of contract management functions for Public Private Partnership arrangements.Lead the uplift of asset management maturity across the Division aligned with the ISO 55000 suite of standards.Support coordination of, and provide strategic advice to, the Division's Strategic Asset Management Committee that commences operation in early 2025.About You:
This senior leadership role will suit an infrastructure asset management professional with people leadership, business improvement and change management capabilities.
