The Director, Assessment and Resolution (A&R) Division is responsible for leading the culture, strategy, and operations of several teams undertaking functions of Intake, Triage, Early and Local Resolution, Complaint Management and Oversight (Referral), Assessment, and Conciliation.
The A&R Division may have more than one Director, and all Directors will be expected to rotate through the leadership portfolios of different teams and team combinations, depending on operational needs.
The Director A&R is required to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including our co-regulatory partners the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and other key State and Commonwealth government entities.
