Job DescriptionWith growth forecast in our Rural and Agribusiness division, we are looking to expand our transactions team in Queensland with the appointment of a Director for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets.
Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness, Transaction Services, you will assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for a range of Agribusiness assets including commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy and sheep assets, permanent crops, grains and pulses, other pastoral operations and intensive farming land.
You will provide leadership within the Agribusiness transactions team in accordance with agreed budgets and objectives of the Business Plan and the respective KPI components of the national business plan.
The scope of the role will include:
Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for the Colliers Agribusiness team.Build and maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, using media mentions and consistent vendor paid advertising with exclusive appointments.Analysing the sale of properties and client's probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier's product lines via referrals both ways.
This will ensure information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and encouraged.Preparation of marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements that are at high standard with a focus on details.Be a talent magnet for new team members and manage under performance correctly.
QualificationsYou must be a licenced real estate agent in the state of Queensland for this role.
Ideally you will have a track record in rural property sales or advisory, however related sales experience in dealing with rural clients from a banking or agribusiness operational background will also be considered.
You will drive revenue growth and increase market share of Agribusiness product line nationally while displaying strong leadership/people skills.
