Details: As part of our friendly and forward-leaning team, you will:

Provide leadership and management within the ACTPS Inclusion and Belonging Team, supervising and coaching a small number of staff to achieve outcomes.
Design, plan, implement and evaluate workforce programs and workforce inclusion initiatives.
Build and maintain effective business partnerships across the ACTPS, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence to support the CTB's strategic objectives.
Identify and develop opportunities for system-wide cultural transformation through the effective delivery of contemporary, and evidence-based strategies, programs, products, and partnerships.

Note: This is a permanent position that offers part-time and/or full-time hours. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process which may be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will be working in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. You will have the option to work from home several days per week and/or in one of several ACT Government flexi spaces across Canberra. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in a work sample test as part of the next stage of the selection process.
