Job Description Possibilities start here, dream big Based on-site at the Josef Chromy Estate in Relbia As the Direct to Consumer Marketing Specialist you will be based at the Josef Chromy Estate in Relbia, leading the end-to-end processes for Direct to Consumer sales, with a focus on actioning elevated direct to consumer activity and visitation marketing across multiple digital platforms.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Strategic planning of the wine club, e-commerce and telesales programs. Customer service for wine club members, including hosting key membership events. Facilitating packing of DTC orders. Leading a team of packing and telesales staff. Liaising with and training of Cellar Door team to improve club and database sign-ups. Maintain CRM and EDM databases. Execute regular EDM campaigns to drive e-commerce and site visitation. Stock management. Qualifications Now let's talk about you: Demonstrated experience managing email marketing campaigns. Previous use of website CMS products and email CRM platforms. Knowledge of Website Customer journeys & Google Analytics. Strong communication skills, including copywriting experience for varied content platforms. Highly organised with attention to detail & deadlines. Self-starter with high level of initiative, the ability to manage and drive campaigns. Experience working in a fast paced environment to deadlines. Strong & clear communicator, with a high attention to detail. Fork lift license preferred. Desirable: Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent experience Wine knowledge, WSET 2 or higher Wine Club or other subscription service management experience Front-facing customer service experience (cellar door, hospitality, retail) The benefits are good too!
